What to Expect Before Your First Visit
What should I expect during my first visit?
A trained team is with you from the moment you arrive, guiding you toward the right modality for what you're dealing with. You can book a single session or explore a few in the same visit, whichever feels right.
Do I need to know which modality is right for me before I book?
No. Just tell us what you're dealing with when you book, whether that's physical recovery, stress, or something you can't quite name, and we'll help you choose from there.
Is this a fit for someone who has never done any of this before?
Yes. Every treatment here is designed to meet you exactly where you are, no experience or fitness level required.
How long does a typical session last?
Most single-treatment sessions run 20 to 45 minutes. If you're combining a few in one visit, plan for about 90 minutes to two hours.
The Treatments
What is contrast therapy?
Contrast therapy is the practice of switching between heat and cold exposure to drive circulation and ease soreness.
What is halotherapy good for?
Halotherapy is the practice of breathing in fine salt particles to clear respiratory passages and calm inflammation, easing asthma, allergies, and chronic congestion.
Is Reiki hands-on?
No. Reiki is a hands-off practice. A trained practitioner works to rebalance the energy your body holds onto, without ever touching you.
What is Red Light Therapy used for?
Red light therapy is the use of concentrated red light to reach below the skin, supporting collagen production and cellular repair.
How Sacred Revival Works
Why does Sacred Revival combine four different treatment types?
Because different treatments reach different parts of you, and healing usually needs more than one. Combining them under one roof means you can address everything in one place.
Will I see the same team every time I visit?
Our team works together across the full facility, so whoever guides you is familiar with every treatment and how they work together.
What makes this different from other wellness studios in Saskatoon?
Saskatoon's only other contrast therapy option lives inside a gender-specific spa. Sacred Revival is open to everyone, and it's the only facility in the city combining all four modalities under one roof.
Do I need to already be into wellness" to come here?
Not at all. Whether you're a first-timer or a wellness pro, the facility is built to meet you exactly where you are.
Corporate and Group Bookings
Can I book the whole facility for my team or a private event?
Yes. Our workshop and event space is available for classes, private events, or a full-facility rental, including contrast therapy, the salt room, Reiki, and red light therapy.
How far in advance should we book a group event?
We recommend booking at least two to three weeks ahead for larger groups, though we'll always do what we can to accommodate shorter notice.
